We had LibInsights for about a year. We could never get it to provide us with the statistics that we anticipated. I am not sure whether our expectations were too high or we just couldn’t get it to work right. We spent a lot of staff time trying to make it work but in the end decided it wasn’t worth it. I am sure others have a different experience and we love other Springshare products but this one was not a good fit for us.
