Good afternoon!
My university library uses a legacy, home-designed, web-based program to receive, track, and store incoming acquisition requests (firm orders). I have literally just been informed by my university that our new servers cannot support the system, and have to scramble to find a new web-based order tracking system, preferably low-cost or potentially rolled into services we may already have (OCLC, EBSCO, LibAnswers, etc.). My question for you guys is - what do you use? How do you track your incoming firm order requests, and do you use any online / web-based systems that you like?
Thanks,
Elizabeth
