Stacey,

Which system are you on now? We migrated in January 2016 from Voyager and I ended up redoing the ledger structure after fiscal period close and rollover in Alma. By the way both Ex Libris and other Alma users suggested making the change post move and if at all possible when you are moving to your next fiscal year and I would definitely agree. My presentation on this topic can be found at: https://works.bepress.com/kseago/17/ If you have more questions, please contact me. – Sincerely, Kate Seago.

Subject: [ALCTS-acqnet] Ledger in Alma

Hello All

Our library is scheduled to migrate to Alma in July 2018 (with our consortium). Those of us in Acquisitions are looking to redo the ledger structure and I am asking if anyone who has migrated would be willing to share some screen shots or otherwise show us what your new ledger looks like. We have many questions!

Stacey
