[ALCTS-acqnet] License Data Audit Language

Hi Acqnet Moderators,

Our institution is reviewing a license where the vendor is requiring a License Data Audit section, allowing them to audit our systems to verify compliance of the terms of the agreement with respect to our obligations related to data storage and limited access to authorized users for permitted use. We are wondering what language other institutions have agreed upon. The vendor is Infogroup. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
