[ALCTS-acqnet] Does your academic library charge for the collections dollars or staff time involved in supporting programs?

Hello, all!

Do any of your libraries charge or tax departments for the support and
services you provide? Some examples include in-class Instruction/workshops,
multidisciplinary resources paid for from library collections but heavily used
by specific departments, work involved in managing subscriptions that are
used/paid for by specific departments.

If so, I'd love to hear about how you came to this model, and what your
experiences with it have been.
