When I was at an academic library, I used Harrasowitz. They offered very competitive fees which were lower than EBSCOs, and the customer service was fantastic.

We switched to WTCox after the SWETS debacle as part of a RFP process. WTCox has excellent customer service and for us, it’s the bottom line. WTCox responds quickly and follow-ups so that issues don’t get dropped.
