Hi Amanda,

We use WT Cox and Harrassowitz, both of whom have been excellent for us. Harrassowitz handles both standing orders and subscriptions for us, in print and electronic formats. They've been one of our vendors for decades, and have always excelled at customer service. We've used WT Cox for just under two years. We chose them during an RFP process undertaken after the Swets bankruptcy. They, too, excel at customer service, and have been nothing but fantastic to work with. I feel strongly in having choices for subscription agents, which is why I use two who are absolutely excellent but could also likely handle just about anything the other could.

If you'd like to talk further about either, feel free to contact me off list.

Take care,

Kim

Subject: [ALCTS-acqnet] Subscription management providers

Hello,

Is anyone using a subscription management provider other than EBSCO that they would recommend? We're researching the possibility of making a change for financial and technical reasons.

Thank you!
