The University of Kentucky Libraries is seeking a Library Manager to lead the Electronic Resources Unit. The Unit is responsible for negotiating and managing licenses for resources, ordering and managing access in coordination with Acquisitions, Collections and Cataloging librarians and staff, troubleshooting problems and gathering data. The Electronic Resources Library Manager and their unit are involved in all aspects of electronic resources from trials, activation, maintenance, assessments, renewals, access and cancellations. The Electronic Resources Unit is a part of the Acquisitions Department. The Electronic Resources Library Manager position provides an opportunity for leading projects, supervising two full-time staff positions and managing the electronic resources for a large academic research library.
