We are a very small seminary with a very small collection budget. Hence every year I do a cost per use assessment for our databases to figure out what I might need to let go of, or renegotiate with vendor. Managing a tiny budget is a constant balancing act between cost and use.

Subject: [ALCTS-acqnet] Assessment in Acq?

Hello All

I am interested in learning what types of assessment you all have done in your acquisitions department - or what types of assessment would you like to have done?

I'm researching the topic and am looking for examples - in my own department, we assessed all our workflow documentation when we were creating a libguide
