Hello everyone,
A couple of questions regarding bootlegs.
1) Do any of you know of any good book or publication that provides expert advice at identifying bootleg DVDs and CDs? (other formats as well, but my main concern are those two).
2) Those of you who handle gifts or replacements: Sometimes we have patrons who bring in replacement copies for items they have lost. How do you avoid getting bootlegged items in this process? Do you not accept patron replaced DVDs or CDs?
Thank you for any advice, and have a great weekend everyone!
