You may try contacting Kimberly Johnson (Director, Special Collections) at Texas Woman’s University. TWU has an extensive and amazing cookbook collection. I know from my time there many additions to the collection were gifts, but she also extensively purchased titles as well.

Hello All

Does anyone maintain a cookbook collection and if so, how are the titles chosen?
