Hi Katie,

We had a similar experience...

Our department recently fielded a reserves request for Documentary Now
which we found is only available to stream on IFC and other sites via
subscription streaming service. We weren't able to identify an
institutional option. Kanopy also wasn't able to provide it.

So, as yet, this isn't a viable purchasing model for us.

I'd be grateful if you shared the feedback you receive.

Thanks,
Terra
