Oh my goodness YES! I am having the exact same problem.

I have had problems with Amazon before with the way they report information
to the bank and have been beyond frustrated with trying to speak to someone
there about it. At one point, I got a customer service rep to tell me my
problem would be forwarded to their financial department but then I never
heard back. I've had problems with information being sent to both with our
old bank (Bank of America) and our new bank (PNC). Talking to the bank
only results in "it's Amazon's problem"

Just this week, I spent a good hour trying to figure out an invoice - the
charges did not match the Amazon invoice - it was crazy town

Unfortunately, we use Amazon quite a bit so I feel like not using them is
not an option.
