[ALCTS-acqnet] Brief survey on communication between collections and instruction

Hello,

I am seeking librarians working in collections and/or instruction to participate in a brief survey about amount and types of communication between librarians working in these two areas. It should take only a few moments to complete.

The survey is available at http://goo.gl/forms/TyIfBMVRZenVEuMF3 and I welcome folks passing it on to colleagues in these areas. Responses from multiple individuals at the same institution are fine, as the focus is partially on individual perceptions.
