If you really want a copy of an out of copyright book published in India, there are many Indian print on demand outfits that would gladly help.
Hodder / Hachette, active in India, has published Principles of Physical Geography by Francis John Monkhouse.
Although there is an Indian Books in Print, it's not comprehensive as the industry is so large...
