Hello Linda and everyone,
YBP has recentlly started providing e-books from Al Manhal (Arabic) if that is helpful. I am not familiar with all the kinds of content they offer but at YBP we primarily serve academic libraries, so I can at least say I know they cater to adult audience levels. http://www.almanhal.com/

Good luck! I used to work in a public library that served an international neighborhood and I know finding vendors for these kinds of materials can be challenging. But the community was really pleased that we could provide what we did.
Sincerely, Mara Egherman

Subject: [ALCTS-acqnet] Publishers/Vendors for Hindi or Arabic material
Brazoria County Library System (BCLS) is a public library system with 12 physical branches and 1 e-branch. We have a branch library who is starting a foreign language section to help provide for a diverse culture need.
I would like to find publishers or vendors in the United States who sell/distribute print material of native Hindi or Arabic material. Fiction or Nonfiction, mainly adult audience level.
If you wish to respond off list, please send an email to lkoenig_at_bcls.lib.tx.us<mailto:lkoenig_at_bcls.lib.tx.us>. I will forward the information on to our collection development staff. Thank you.
Linda
