Dear Colleagues: I am writing to let you know that the draft program is now online for the "Libraries as Publishers: Building a Global Community" pre-conference to be held in Ann Arbor, August 10-12, just prior to IFLA WLIC 2016. This should be a good opportunity to find out what is happening in library publishing internationally.
