At University of Rhode Island, we love Action! Cherene and Gene Birkholz
are super-helpful. We recently migrated to Ex Libris Alma and Alma was
having trouble importing EDI invoices from Action. Gene patiently worked
with us to test, and test, and test, and he would send me the invoices by
email when they didn't go through EDI. (Everything is working fine now.)
Action! is pretty much our main media vendor at this point.

Good luck,
Andrée
