Re: Your opinion on The Great Courses DVDs

We have purchased some at the request of faculty, and have added some as gifts.  The company sends a ridiculous amount of junk mail once you’re on their list, but the content of the recordings seems to be held in generally high regard by our users.

We buy anything the faculty are planning to use or have the students use. Perhaps you're questioning on some level if they will really be used?
