Is anyone else having problems with access to SpringerLink? Their server is mis-identifying our IP address. They are seeing 204.194.238.237 or 204.194.238.236. These IP addresses are registered to a company named Direct Media LLC out of Dallas or San Francisco, depending on which IP registry that I look at. We have absolutely no connection to this company and we are not having access issues with any other vendor/platform. This is what the bottom of our SpringerLink pages are showing us, and in my case, the IP address should show as 129.81.82.27, which I have verified. Springer's solution was to add those IP addresses to our account, and I have asked them to reverse that decision since these are not our IP addresses, and when they do, we expect to lose access again.
