It is possible to create some very good (and dynamic) reports from the data extracted from Voyager with Access using pivot tables in Excel. You can also create charts and graphs that can be copied and pasted into Word documents or Power Point presentations.

Subject: [ACQNET-L] Budget Reports from Voyager/Access
All
Do any of you create pretty looking BUDGET reports from Voyager, using Microsoft Access? We can create Excel spreadsheets from Access but would like to have reports that are a little better looking - perhaps something that can be presented to the administration - we have never done this type of reporting before and don't even know what skill set we don't have! Perhaps another program that you export the Excel to?
