From Iris: Thanks for the query. This is a one-time only invoice for all of the system upgrades that supports the MARC records - 1000's added annually, Counter Upgrades, all of the Discovery Services and requirements for various ip address upgrades etc.

Hi all,
I was surprised to find an invoice in my inbox this morning from Accessible Archives for a system upgrade for all tracking software and hardware. I checked our license agreement, and it does not say anything about ever being charged for such a thing. And, none of our other vendors charge us for systems upgrades. While I wait to hear back from them about the details of this charge, I would like to know a) if others are being charged this fee by Accessible Archives and b) if you have ever been charged by a vendor for a systems upgrade.
