Sally,
Franklin & Marshall College was charged by AA for the upgrade.
Cannot recall a similar charge by other vendors.
I, too, just now sent an email to Joe, Tom and Iris at AA asking 2
questions Why the charge? and Who else is getting charged? and suggesting
they post the 2 questions and answers on their FAQ list.
