FYI

Once again, I had a problem with my book order with the ABA being wrong, so I contacted Jennifer Collins Ellis this afternoon. Odd that I didn't get her voicemail, so I sent her an email. This is the reply I got:
Thank you for contacting the American Bar Association. The party you are trying to reach is no longer affiliated with the Association. If this message concerns the ABA Law Library Collection or Books for Bars Program, please contact Robert Rupp at robert.rupp_at_americanbar.org<mailto:robert.rupp_at_americanbar.org> or 312-988-5680.
If you are a member seeking assistance, please contact the membership service center at service_at_americanbar.org<mailto:service_at_americanbar.org>.
Thank you.312-988-5680

Thanks for reporting this, Wendy.
I also just learned this today and was getting ready to send out the information. I spoke with Robert Rupp, and he will be the direct contact for the ABA Law Library Collection until they have a new person in place. Jennifer's old phone number should be routed directly to Robert, or customers can call or email him directly.
Here is his complete contact information:
