Good afternoon,
There was an error in our previous message regarding our contact information for proposing and scheduling e-forums in 2015. If you would like to propose an e-forum, please email us at alcts-eforum-request_at_lists.ala.org and not "alcts-eforum-requests."
Thank you for your patience. We hope to hear from you soon!

Good morning,
Next week, the ALCTS Continuing Education Committee will sponsor the last ALCTS E-Forum of 2014 on the topic of Analytics for Electronic Resources. December's E-Forum means two things: first, that we hope you can join us, and second, that we hope you will help us start planning E-Forums for 2015!
Trey and I have begun to develop and schedule E-Forums for next year and we need your help. The ALCTS E-Forum is a monthly, moderated two-day discussion on topics and issues in technical services and related areas. The discussion list, alcts-eforum_at_lists.ala.org, has 4,000 subscribers, and you can view previous topics on the ALCTS E-Forum website.
We are currently recruiting moderators for E-Forums beginning in February and running through the year (excepting the month of June due to the ALA Annual conference). We recommend two moderators for a two-day discussion; however, since some topics may not lend themselves well for a two-day discussion we are accepting ideas for one-day discussions starting in 2015.
Please let us know if you are interested in moderating an E-Forum in 2015 by emailing Trey and me at this address: alcts-eforum-requests_at_lists.ala.org.
Moderating an ALCTS E-Forum is great experience and the discussions are lively. We would be happy to get you involved!
Thanks,
Trey Shelton and Ivey Glendon
