Hello Gina, At Los Angeles County Law Library we have a very long history with ABA Package plan (a.k.a. ABA Law Library Collection) that extend over 20 years (I have not worked in this magnificent mecca for that long, though). · We are not very happy with the lag in their response time. We have to follow-up several times, or wait to hear back. · We also have some issues with re-shipping already received items and non-receipt of item. We have done nothing except being patient with them. Although I have raised my voice in my email to the current coordinator of the plan. Then I immediately heard back regarding the matter in discussion. For many years, we have subscribed to what was at one time called the ABA Package Plan. I think their latest title is The ABA Law Library Collection. If you're a current subscriber or past subscriber of this materials program for Law Libraries, would you be willing to share your experiences? We receive absolutely awful service from this program, and have done so for a long time. I'm just curious if anyone else has had problems with them, and what you did about it (if anything). Please note that this has nothing to do with the ABAstore website, which I understand has its own set of problems. This is just the the ABA Package Plan/ABA Law Library Collection program that I'm referring to.
