Hello,
I would like to hear from others how you set up DDA trials in your acquisitions ledger. For example, we put money on deposit in one fiscal year, but it may not be spent out until the next. We won't know which subject areas will use the deposit funds until patrons select titles, so how do you track usage by subject in the midst of the pilot? I would especially like to hear from others who use Voyager-both if/how you're tracking DDA through Voyager or if/how you're tracking it separately from Voyager. Feel free to contact me off list.
