We are starting to see books that contain separate materials that are only
accessible online. For example, we recently purchased a textbook which had
some digital supplementary material and we recently received an MCAT prep
book that had practice tests online. What do you do with this content? Do
you make it available to your students or just hide the code/instructions
in the book?

Thanks for any advice or feedback you have on this issue.
