Do you have a budget plan that you would be willing to share?

Hey Y'all,

At my library, we are reworking all facets of collection development and 
budget planning and I was wondering who has a formal, established budget 
plan for dealing with their materials budget.  I have actually talked 
with a number of colleagues who do not have one, so I am casting my net 
a bit further to see if anyone out there in the AcqNet community has a 
budget plan that you would be willing to share.

If you want to respond to me off list, I would be more than happy to 
summarize to the list.
