Reports for collection development/assessment?

Hello all -

What annual (or other) reports does your library run for collection development and assessment purposes? I'm referring to circulation, ILL, in-house usage, online resources, document delivery, or other collection usage reporting. For instance, "annual circulation by title, call number, and borrower type" etc.

I'd like to get a sense of the usage data that other libraries are gathering.
