My colleagues and I are interested in hearing from academic libraries who use an Amazon Corporate Credit Line account for firm ordering (www.amazon.com/creditline). We welcome the sharing of any workflow procedures used by your acquisitions staff (ordering or payment staff). We are also specifically interested in understanding if the payment workflow for an Amazon invoice is on par with paying invoices for other suppliers, i.e., vendor invoices in particular.

The University of Notre Dame uses the Aleph integrated library system and the Banner application for university accounting.

Thank you in advance for your feedback.
