Kathleen,
We are currently using greendisk.com and their Technotrash Pack-IT Service. A $9.95 fee allows you to ship four 25 lb boxes (or 200 vhs tapes) to one of their sites in MO.
Hope this helps,
Roger

Hello!
We are in the process of weeding most of our VHS collection. We were wondering if anyone has a company or service that they have used to recycle VHS tapes.
We offer up our materials on discard lists but as anyone who has done weeding knows, you always are left with stuff that no one wants.
We are also trying to keep in line with the campus green initiatives.
Thanks!
