I couldn't figure out a way to reply to your ACQNET-L comment, since I subscribe in digest form. We post pdf's that we receive (or documents that we convert to pdf) as part of a paid subscription in ebrary's DASH. I love it! It makes the resources easy to use, and behind the sign in, and we don't have to argue with our IT folks for server space. I see you subscribe to ebrary, so maybe you should give that a try. You have to contact them to set it up. Tell them I sent you!

I recently purchased a PDF only toolkit/manual for an instructor. I am curious as to how other institutions handle this type of purchase. Do you print it out and make it available for check out, or do you provide access to the PDF file from your ILS? It did not come with any licensing or restrictions.
