We highly recommend Midwest Tapes. Great service, pricing, and selection.

We use a number of vendors: Ingram, Recorded Books, Midwest Tapes, Books on Tape and Audiogo (formerly BBC Audiobooks). We find that you can’t seem to get everything from just one vendor.

Subject: [ACQNET-L] Audiobook Vendors

I'm curious what vendors other public libraries are using to order audiobooks.
We've been using Micromarketing for years but I'd like to look at my other options. They offer free replacement discs and cases and are very friendly but orders seem to take too long to ship and the prices are a little high.

Who is your favorite audiobook vendor and what do they do that makes you love them so?

Thanks!
