I'm at a small denominational seminary library. We have a tiny "curriculum collection." Our Christian Education chair has asked me to prepare a box of curriculum 'samples' printed from various publisher websites. I was wondering, after the PDF thread last week if anyone had any ideas on the best way to approach this. These are free online resources, but probably pretty unstable/changeable. I don't want to make a ton of work for the cataloger, but I appreciate that the Prof was even aware enough to think about making them searchable.

So I think the Prof is envisioning a file box with files for each publisher. And maybe subfiles for each curriculum line. Any suggestions?
