According to our YBP rep, the quote from senior management is:
"What ultimately prompted the need for YBP to create an agreement has been,
much to our regret, confirmations of unauthorized usage and in some
instances outright theft of YBP’s GOBI bibliographic data. Protection of
data is a challenge that most businesses and institutions face each day and
we are working to find ways to achieve this. The underlying purpose of
this agreement is help accomplish this goal."
