Re: Rental collections for children's books

My personal experience with McNaughton, from working in libraries that had
a subscription, and from analyzing collection use of libraries that use
them is that they are not worth the money.

The biggest problem is that the collections are not current. The 'new
arrivals' tend to be heavily padded with titles such as 3 year old James
North Patterson thrillers. If you take the time to go title by title and
select them manually, you might as well just buy them.
