Baylor University would be interested in responses to this question as well. We've just been talking about where and how we should be recording this kind of information if we have purchased public performance rights.
Thanks,
Ramona

Subject: [ACQNET-L] Policies on Public Performance Rights
Hello, everyone,
This semester we have faced a sudden deluge of requests to acquire public performance rights for videos. We currently do not have a policy in place to address this, which is only exacerbating things. If your collection development policy addresses the acquisition of public performance rights or if you have a separate policy that addresses this, I would be most appreciative if you'd be willing to share that policy or text with me.
Thanks,
Doug
