Assuming I understand the question/situation…
When you pass a cart to Amazon for purchase, from AWS, it simply passes it to the locale in which you have created the cart (I assume Amazon.com in your case?) You cannot specify any account information. Generally it will be whoever last logged in to Amazon, unless you have your browser set to not retain any of that information.
I work with AWS quite a bit so if you have more questions feel free to contact me directly.

Subject: [ACQNET-L] Amazon Web Services
Is anyone using Amazon Web Services (AWS) to maintain multiple users creating carts/placing orders in Amazon? The current corporate account combines all our selectors orders into one and for accounting purposes we need them separated. I may be making this more complicated than it really is but I am having a problem applying Amazon's directions to my library's needs.
Thanks in advance,
