Our university has purchased the SciQuest procurement system and is planning on all departments on campus, including the library, using this system beginning July 1, 2012. We are not sure how this new system will affect our current procedures. I would appreciate hearing from anyone whose university is currently using this system. I would particularly like to know:
How long have you used SciQuest?
What ILS system do you use?
How do you process invoices using the SciQuest system?
What benefits have you experienced?
What problems have you experienced?
