Collection Development Interest Group

The Administration of Collection Development Interest Group is planning
something a little bit different for our meeting in Anaheim. We're
looking for two speakers from academic libraries who would like to speak
for 15 minutes each on "What I Wish I Had Learned in Library School:
Skills for Administrators of Collection Development." We'll also have
two speakers from the public library side of things. When the speakers
are finished, all four will go out and talk to participants who will be
seated at round tables for the remaining 30 minutes. We're striving for
a program with lots of energy, so if that sounds fun to you, please
email me off the list at shirkeyc_at_ecu.edu.
This program will take place on Saturday, 6/23 from 10:30-12:00.
