A colleague here in the library recommended I contact this list with my
questions about shelf ready materials and automated collection development
as offered by Midwest Library Service. Below are my questions:
--Have you ordered shelf-ready books from Midwest Library Service? If so,
were there any issues or problems? How was the quality of the MARC records?
What are some questions we should keep in mind when dealing with Midwest
representatives?
--Have you used Midwest's automated collection development features?
I would appreciate any insight you can offer.
