The Future of Acquisitions: Planning For Change in an Ever-Changing
Environment

What synergies do you see between Acquisitions skills sets and new
services that didn't exist in the past? How are you positioning your
department to leverage your skills over the next three to five years? As
many of our traditional tasks are automated and outsourced many
Acquisitions staff are retooling existing skills to participate in new
resource sharing services and digital repository tasks, to name a few.
Our speakers will address issues such as doing more with less staff;
retooling workflows in collaboration with vendors; and the relative
