I placed a large order recently from Book Wholesalers Inc. (BWI) in McHenry, IL. There TitleTales website will have a list of big books or you can do an advanced search to limit your search to big books. You have to create a log-in to use the database, but they do not charge you to access it. I have also gotten several from Amazon.com.
