Changing Formats/Changing Rules
Midwinter Meeting Announcement
The ALCTS Technical Services in Academic Libraries Interest Group will
meet from 8-10 AM on Saturday, January 8, 2011 in Room 23C of the
Convention Center. Discussion topics include: streaming audio/video;
patron driven acquisition, RDA (from the manager’s point of view), RDA
(from the technical point of view), and the role of Technical Services
with digital initiatives. This conference we’re also trying a new idea.
There will be one “open topic” table. If you don’t see something you
like at one of the other tables, come to this one and we’ll discuss
whatever you want to discuss. See you in San Diego!
