We have used Midwest Tape Co. http://midwesttapes.com for several years and have been extremely pleased with them.
They are responsive (no automated phone system) and attentive (our sales reps visit regularly) and knowledgeable.
Our selectors love using their web site, which is very library-oriented. Their fill rate is great & they consistently get us popular dvds & music cds before the street date so we can have them on the shelves at the same time that retail outlets do.
They also provide library processing services.
I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new media vendor.
