  Not sure if this will interest you but I distribute a free collection development application named JTacq which does 
batch Holdings Checks and a great deal more.  I have at least 2 Voyager libraries actively using it.  A lot more Horizon 
and Symphony libraries but it works with any system.   While it doesn't currently pull and check the OpenURLs from GOBI 
no reason it couldn't if that was needed.   I currently pull pricing and availability from GOBI so adding the other 
shouldn't be difficult.  I am very responsive to user needs and requests.
