On re-reading my email once it posted to the list, I see that it came
across as more critical of GOBI than I had intended. The slip-return
issue I mentioned is unique to the profile that I deal with (a small
part of the much larger whole at Illinois) and has more to do with the
complexities of Illinois' system than anything else. We've also only
been with Gobi 6 months and are still tweaking profiles for better
returns.
In all seriousness, I worked in publishing before coming to the
library and Gobi is one of the better systems I've ever encountered.
