Electronic Resources Coordinator, University of Texas at San Antonio
Job Description:
The University of Texas at San Antonio Library seeks to hire a motivated
individual to serve as Electronic Resources Coordinator. This position
resides in the Electronic Resources Unit of the Acquisitions Department.
Reporting to the Head of Electronic Acquisitions and Serials Control,
this librarian will provide leadership and professional expertise in the
management and coordination of library electronic resources. S/he will
supervise four Library Assistants.
Required Qualifications:
MLS or equivalent from an ALA-accredited program.
Three years of professional experience in collection development,
serials acquisitions, and/or systems with one year of experience in
electronic resources management, including knowledge of licensing
issues, access provision, and troubleshooting.
Two years of supervisory experience
Salary: $ 46,248 - $67,092 (flexible depending on qualifications) for a
12-month appointment. A liberal benefits package and support for
