E-Journals are now commonly purchased in packages, often with pricing tied
to historical print subscriptions. As these packages mature, historical
pricing is often lost as publishers insist on 1-line invoices. What happens
when the economy slows and budgets shrink? How do we handle cancellations
and e-journal packages in this changed environment, with these evolving
models of payment?
